Der Supervisory Board der H2APEX Group SCA besteht aus 5 Mitgliedern:

Roland Lienau (Präsident)

Roland Lienau (1961 – German) is acting as Founding Partner of Morines Holdings and Lien Management Holdings, both companies are investment and advisory companies with different founding partners. Between 2008 and 2020 Roland was member of the investment committee and coordination committee of Wendel, Paris. He was leading major acquisitions and supported Wendel to set up its London office. Further significant steps between 1988 and 2007 were Deutsche Bank AG, Frankfurt, Bank Paribas, Frankfurt and Enskilada, Frankfurt and London. In these banks Roland kept the position as managing director respectively partner and Head of German equities, responsible for many capital market transactions.

He is holding MBA (Dipl.Kfm) from ESCP Europe , Paris , Oxford , Berlin.

Roland is independent board member of Active Ownership Corporation S.à r.l., Luxembourg and member of the supervisory board of Theleme Partners LLP, London.

Prof. Dr.-Ing. Heinz Jörg Fuhrmann

Prof. Dr.-Ing. Heinz Jörg Fuhrmann (1956 - German) studied metallurgy at RWTH Aachen University and added studies in economics. 1990, he was awarded a PhD with distinction from the Technische Universität Berlin. After three years in research he started his industrial career 1983 at Klöckner-Werke AG.
H. J. Fuhrmann became head of Klöckner-Werke’s Corporate Strategy in 1986. Having held several positions in the Group´s headquarter he was appointed as Commercial Executive of the Klöckner Group’s subsidiary Peguform-Werke GmbH in 1994.

H.J. Fuhrmann joined Preussag Stahl AG, from 1998 Salzgitter AG, in 1995. Acting initially as General Representative, he became member of the Group’s Executive Board in 1996. In the years from 2001 to 2011, he was Chief Financial Officer. From 2007 onwards, he was appointed Vice Chairman of the Executive Board and assumed responsibility for the newly-formed Technology Division. In addition, he led the Steel Division as interim head in 2013. H. J. Fuhrmann had been Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Salzgitter AG´s Executive Board from 2011 to 2021.

Since 2003 he has served as visiting lecturer at RWTH Aachen University, which made him an Honorary Professor in 2008. H. J. Fuhrmann had been a member of the Senate of Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft since 2014 and he assumed the position as Chairman of the Senate from 2016 to 2022. Amongst other positions of trust, he served as Chairman of the German Steel Industry Employer’s Association Arbeitgeberverband Stahl between 2021 and 2023, as member of German Industry Association BDI `s presidium and as member of the German Hydrogen Council between 2020 and 2021. 

Currently he is Chairman of the Boards of Max Aicher Stahl AG and GP Günter Papenburg AG (both German, non-listed) as well as member of Outokumpu Oyj´s Board of Directors (Finnish, listed) He also is member of the EIB Group Climate and Environment Advisory Council (Luxemburg).

Florian Schuhbauer

Florian Schuhbauer (1975 – German) is Co-CIO and Founding Partner of Active Ownership Capital S.à r.l and Active Ownership Corporation S.à r.l. (AOC) and has more than 20 years of relevant experience. Florian started his career at Dresdner Kleinwort Benson with positions in risk management and equity research. He then co-founded Newtron AG, a software company that optimized strategic purchasing processes.

Following the sale of Newtron he became CFO and Executive Vice President of DHL Global Mail in the US, a subsidiary of Deutsche Post AG. After leaving DHL he joined General Capital Group / Active Value Investors where he focused on deploying a Private Equity approach on public companies, and later joined Triton Partners where he built up the Public Equity practice before founding AOC.

Florian serves as Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Vita 34 AG and a member of the board of NFON AG, MTG AB and CI Games SE. Florian graduated from the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management with a Master in Finance and Business Administration.

Georges Bock

Georges Bock (°1968 - Luxembourgish) holds Master’s Degree in Business Administration and Economics from University Louis Pasteur in Strasbourg (1991), is qualified Chartered Accountant, Tax expert and Réviseur d’entreprises in Luxembourg (1994) and holds a Certificate in Blockchain Technologies: Business Innovation and Application certificate from MIT, Boston (2019). In his 28 years career at KPMG Georges Bock has developed an extensive expertise in Banking, Investment Management and Structured Finance, as well as in Capital Markets and related regulations and taxation in both local and international terms. In 2020 he has founded and he figures as CEO of invesTRe, a digital-market place for sustainable investing. Since 2021 he is General Partner in  Ilavska Vuillermoz SCA SICAV RAIF, a PE Fund investing in European Fintech, Insuretech and Regtech companies.

Georges Bock is also member of the Board of Governance.com SA, as well as member of the Supervisory Board of Bank Julius Bear Europe SA.. He is a member of the Council for Sustainable Development, a think tank of the Luxembourg Government.

Prof. Dr. Matthias Beller

Prof. Dr. Matthias Beller (1962 – German) studied chemistry at the University of Göttingen, Germany. As recipient of a Liebig scholarship, he then spent a one-year with K. B. Sharpless at MIT, USA. From 1991 to 1995, Beller worked in industry. Then, he moved to the Technical University of München as Professor for Inorganic Chemistry. In 1998, he relocated to Rostock to head the Institute for Organic Catalysis, which became in 2006 the Leibniz-Institute for Catalysis. The work of his group has been published in >1100 original publications, reviews and >150 patent applications have been filed (H-index: 147). Matthias Beller is Vice President of the Leibniz Society – one of the major science organizations in Germany and a member of the German National Academia of Science “Leopoldina” and three other Academies of Sciences.

He has received a number of awards including the Otto-Roelen Medal and the Leibniz-Price of the DFG. In 2006, he was also awarded “Entrepreneur of the Year” of Rostock and he received the German Federal Cross of Merit. Since then, he received the first “European price for Sustainable Chemistry”, the “Paul-Rylander Award” of the Organic Reaction Catalysis Society of the USA, the Gay-Lussac-Alexander-von-Humboldt-Prize of the French Academy of Sciences and the Emil Fischer Medal of the German Chemical Society. In 2015, he was awarded an honorary doctoral degree from the University of Antwerp, Belgium and received the Wöhler price for Sustainable Chemistry from the German Chemical Society as well as an ERC Advanced grant from the European Commission. In March 2016, he received the honorary doctorate of the University of Rennes 1. In 2017, Matthias Beller has received the Karl Ziegler Prize from GDCh, (German Chemical Society) and the Karl Ziegler Foundation - the award is one of the highest honors in the field of chemistry in Germany – and he was awarded as the first European chemist with the ACS Catalysis Award Lectureship.

Thomas Terschluse

Thomas Terschluse (1967 – German) After finishing his professional trainee program at Volksbank eG, Thomas worked in the wealth management unit for German high net worth clients. In 1996, he was hired by Dresdner Bank Lateinamerika AG to advise the wealthiest clients in Private Banking.  After the business integration of the Private Banking division into UBS Deutschland AG in 2005, Thomas worked as senior relationship manager for ultra-high net worth clients covering the Brazilian private banking market. In 2014, Thomas was appointed to lead the Brazil Desk of UBS Hamburg.  In 2015 Thomas founded together with his co-founder Hannes Riekenberg the Atlan Familiy Office in Hamburg where he works as CEO. Thomas is also director of different regulated funds.
